Terms of Service
Last updated August 2026. These terms cover using kryexlabs.com — browsing the site, submitting the demo form, talking to the AI assistant. They don't cover Kryex Code itself, which a separate customer agreement governs once you're actually running it.
1. Acceptance
By using this site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, the only obligation on you is to not use the site — nothing more is asked of you than that.
2. Using the site
You're welcome to browse, read the docs, and request a demo. You may not scrape the site at a rate that degrades it for others, attempt to bypass the security measures on the demo form, or use the site to distribute malware or attack anything connected to it.
3. The AI assistant
The chat assistant on this site is an informational tool, not a substitute for talking to our team, and not legal, security, or compliance advice for your own organization. It answers from what's actually written on this site's pages — it can still be wrong, and you shouldn't make a purchasing or architectural decision based on it alone. If something it says matters, verify it with us directly at deepak@kryexlabs.com or through a real demo.
4. Demo requests
Submitting the demo form is a request for a conversation, not a contract, an order, or a commitment on either side. If you become a customer, that relationship is governed by a separate written agreement negotiated at that time — not by this page.
5. Intellectual property
The content on this site — the design, the copy, the Kryex name and mark — belongs to Kryex Labs. You're welcome to link to it or quote it with attribution; you're not licensed to copy the site itself, its design, or its product screens for your own use.
Product, brand, and model names referenced on this site (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Mistral, and others) belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe real compatibility — not to claim any partnership or endorsement.
6. Third-party services
The AI assistant is powered by Mistral AI; this site is hosted on Vercel; demo-request email is delivered through Hostinger. Each operates under its own terms — see the Privacy Policy for exactly what's shared with each.
7. Disclaimers
This site, and the AI assistant on it, are provided as-is. We work to keep everything on it accurate — see the docs for what's honestly shipped versus roadmap — but we don't warrant that the site or the assistant will be error-free, uninterrupted, or perfectly accurate at every moment.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Kryex Labs isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits liability where the law doesn't allow it to be limited.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, reflecting where Kryex Labs is based.
10. Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the date at the top of this page changes with them. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
