Privacy Policy

Last updated August 2026. This covers kryexlabs.com — this website. It does not cover Kryex Code, the product: in a self-hosted deployment, your data runs inside your own infrastructure and Kryex Labs never receives it. That distinction is the whole point of what we build, so it's worth stating here too, not just in the pitch.

1. Scope

This policy explains what happens to information when you visit kryexlabs.com, submit the demo form, or use the AI assistant embedded on the site. It does not govern how Kryex Code — the product — handles your organization's code, data, or credentials once you deploy it; that is governed by your own infrastructure's security boundary and, once you're a customer, by a separate agreement.

2. What we collect

We collect exactly four things, and nothing beyond them:

  • Demo requests. When you submit the form on the Request a Demo page: your name, work email, company (optional), and whatever you write in the message field.
  • AI assistant conversations. The bottom-bar assistant on every page, and the interactive chat mode in the homepage product demo, send what you type — and the page's own visible text, when relevant to your question — to our AI provider to generate a response.
  • Aggregate analytics. Which pages get visited, in aggregate, via Vercel Analytics. This does not use cookies and does not build a persistent profile of you as an individual visitor.
  • Abuse-prevention data. When you submit the demo form, your IP address is held in server memory briefly to rate-limit spam, then discarded. It is never written to disk.

We do not use advertising trackers, social media pixels, session-replay tools, or browser fingerprinting. We do not sell information to anyone, for any reason.

3. Cookies

This site does not use cookies for tracking. Your theme preference (dark or light) and the assistant panel's width are saved in your browser's local storage — a technical setting, not a cookie, and not something we can read or that leaves your device. Because there's no tracking to consent to, there's no cookie banner on this site. If that ever changes, this policy will change with it, publicly and first.

4. How we use it

  • Demo request details are used to respond to you and follow up about Kryex.
  • Assistant conversations are used only to generate the answer you asked for.
  • Analytics are used in aggregate, to understand which pages are actually useful.
  • Abuse-prevention data is used only to stop automated spam through the demo form.

5. Who we share it with

We use a small number of named providers to run this site — never data brokers, never ad networks, never anyone we haven't named here:

  • Mistral AI (France) — processes what you type into the AI assistant, to generate its response. Your message is sent for that single request; we don't maintain a stored conversation history on our servers.
  • Vercel (United States) — hosts this site and provides the cookie-free analytics described above.
  • Hostinger — delivers the confirmation and notification emails sent after a demo request.

We'd disclose information beyond this list only if legally required to — a valid court order, for instance — and never for marketing purposes.

6. How long we keep it

Demo request details live in email, not a database — retained per our normal mailbox practice, not indefinitely by design. AI assistant conversations are not persisted on our servers beyond the single request/response that answers your question. Analytics are retained in aggregate, per Vercel's standard window, and were never tied to your identity in the first place.

7. Your rights

Wherever you are, you can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Given how little we actually store — no database of visitor profiles, no persisted chat history — most requests resolve immediately. Email deepak@kryexlabs.com and we'll handle it directly, not through a support queue.

8. Security

Traffic to this site is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). The little personal data we collect is handled by the named providers above, not stored in a database we run ourselves. Server-side secrets (API keys, mail credentials) are never exposed to the browser.

9. Children's privacy

This site is a B2B product website. It isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

10. Changes to this policy

If what this site actually collects changes, this page changes with it — the date at the top will move, and material changes will be called out here, not buried in a version history you have to dig for.
